The reliable Apuro bistro contact grill combines a tough stainless-steel build with ribbed cast iron plates for long-term use and exceptional grilling results. The ultra-heavy-duty cast-iron grill plates are perfect for everyday commercial use and are the ideal non-stick cooking surface when seasoned. Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, food is cooked with branding lines, giving a premium just-grilled look which customers crave.

The ribbed plates also help to channel grease away from the food into the drip tray - perfect for reducing the grease in food and keeping the plates ready to cook the next item.
