The Culinaire® Island Hot Cupboard has been designed to heat plates and serving dishes. It is capable of holding both plated meals and bulk foods.
The Hot Cupboard features a fan-forced heating system, which produces energy saving efficiency, faster heat-up times and even heat distribution.
Unit is fitted with a double gantry with infra-red heat lamps to top shelf (Refer to CH.GDB for details).
Options: Lift up, fold down work shelf (factory fitted), Left hand controls. Contact your Stoddart representative.

- Unit comes complete with CH.HC.U hot cupboard , 2 tier overhead heated gantry, welded to island bench top - fully fitted and wired for easy installation.
- 2 tier overhead gantry comes in either: single heated (GDT - heat lamps to top shelf) or (GDB - heat lamps to bottom shelf) or double heated (GDD - heat lamps t Individual On/Off switches to operate bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps
- Supplied with no plug or lead, for appropriate hard wiring on site by a qualified electrician
- Additional accessories sold separately (see below)
- Stainless steel *work shelf fitted to fold down brackets can be added as an optional extra at the time of ordering. This item is factory fitted at the time of manufacture

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that you notify us of the damage or fault within 24 hours of delivery. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Once the Return Process has been followed accordingly, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
