Robust and reliable, the low density polyethylene (LDPE) material will protect your work surfaces while withstanding the demands of busy commercial kitchen use.

Carrying out your smaller prep tasks on these non-toxic, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean boards will significantly reduce the risk of cross contamination. Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, and dairy.
