The red Hygiplas cooks knife features a 30.5cm stainless steel blade that effortlessly slices through produce and makes light-work of most preparation tasks. The blade can be identified as a raw meat only knife thanks to it's durable, dishwasher proof red handle, helping you to reduce cross contamination in your kitchen and food prep areas for maximum hygiene.
