This Chinese cleaver can be placed in the dishwasher for a quick and easy clean in between uses.

The total length of this Vogue cleaver is 305mm making it long enough to cut through meats without having to move around too much, perfect for working quickly and efficiently. A ergonomically designed handle with finger indents creates a comfortable hold during long periods of prep.
