This polycarbonate lid has a non-stick surface that makes it easy to clean and prevents food from getting stuck to.

Also, the clear construction allows chefs to immediately see the contents of the container without needing to open it, helping to save time.

The drainer can be placed at the bottom of the gastronorm so when food is placed on top any excess liquids will run through the drain holes which helps to separate the juices and oils from the food while storing.

This drainer is compatible with Vogue 1/1 gastronorm containers.
