There are two spouts at either side of the grill pan so fats and oils can be easily drained away from the food allowing your chefs to create perfectly seared finish to their meals. Also, the ridges create a place for the food to sit on to stop the fats and oils from soaking into the foods, creating a healthier cooking option.

The foldable handle creates a space saving solution so it can be folded away into a cupboard without taking up unnecessary space.

And the grill pan is induction compatible so it can be used on all cook tops giving you the option to be more energy efficient but not restricting you to induction cooktops only.
