Made from polycarbonate, the 28cm spoon has a high heat resistance which makes it suitable for use with a wide variety of hot food. Incredibly durable and robust, it delivers superb results and long-lasting reliability in any commercial kitchen. Between uses, a hole in the handle allows the spoon to be hung up for easy access during service.
