A well-used kitchen knife can get nicks and dents in its blade, so when it becomes dull, you'll need to revive it with a whetstone. Vogue's dual grit whetstone is finished with a coarse grit which reshapes or repairs your blunt knives.

With two grit levels (120 and 240), this Vogue whetstone is perfect for bringing chipped, damaged, or unusually dull blades back to life. Simply wet the stone and run the blade at a 20? angle until repaired. Further sharpening with a finer stone (400-1000grit, sold separately) may be required for bringing the blade back to "as new" cutting performance.
